A Night with Janet

Janet Evanovich was in Northville last night so Sue and I decided to take a road trip and have her sign one of our books.  This was my first book signing so I did not know what to expect.  The singing started at 6:00pm and we got there at 5:30. I thought we were in good shape but apparently people started to get there at 7:00AM!  We got our ticket and waited, and waited, and waited some more.  At 9:30 we were called into line and got our books signed at 10:30.  We spent a total of two minutes with Janet but it was worth it; she was very nice and I got a picture with her! If you have not read her books I highly recommend the Stephanie Plum series; they are laugh out loud funny.
