One Year Anniversary!

Kevin and I celebrated our one year anniversary today! I know everyone says it goes by fast but it really does.  Kevin planned the whole weekend which made it that much more special; I just jumped in the car and off we went.  We headed up to the Grand Traverse Resort in Traverse City for the night.  We spend yesterday walking downtown, swimming and dinner at Aerie. Today we golfed at The Bear and ate our wedding cake topper and drank Sprecher Barley Wine Ale which was a gift from our parents last year and is said to be better if you wait a year to drink it! 

The first year is paper and I made it known I wanted to follow the anniversary themes (at least for the first year) and Kevin sure did!  He got me a gift certificate to frame a picture we take on each anniversary and in the back of the frame we will each write three things to remember from that year along with a camera to take the pictures!!! Kevin got an Ipad so he could go paperless (not sure if that counts for the paper theme but he was happy with it.)  Kevin I don’t know if you read this blog but if you do thank you for a wonderful weekend; it was perfect.

I know a flat tire was involved in your adventure - we owe you :)
