UW Arboretum

A friend of mine recently posted that the magnolia trees were in bloom at UW Arboretum so John and I added it to our list of things to do this week. After looking at the weather I decided we would spend the morning there today; I'm so glad we did. 

 Recently John has shown an interest in my camera so before we left this morning I gave him my old point and shoot camera. He was thrilled to have his own!  

 With camera in hands along with Batman and The Penguin (small figurines from Busy Books. These books are a favorite in our home and usually a figurine or two accompanies us daily.) we were off.

    Love the pictures. Takes me back to my front yard in Chesterfield MO where I had a beautiful magnolia tree. Keep taking those pictures John and Angela. XO
